feat: set_role_perm.py 支持 SAGE_RBAC_DB 环境变量指定目标数据库
...
解决独立应用(如CMS)的RBAC数据库不匹配问题:
- set_role_perm.py 原来硬编码 'sage' 数据库
- 独立应用 get_module_dbname 返回自己的数据库(如 ocai_cms)
- 导致写入 sage 但读取 ocai_cms，权限检查失败
- 现在通过 SAGE_RBAC_DB 环境变量指定，默认仍为 sage

fix: user_logined handler checks Router before loading dashboard
...
Changed the user_logined bind from urlwidget action to script action
that calls sageOnLogin(dashboardUrl). This prevents the dashboard from
overwriting the Router-restored page when the URL has a ?page= param.
Fixes: F5 refresh on deep links (e.g. ?page=/rbac/users) always showing
dashboard instead of the intended page.

1. global_menu.ui: 客户菜单首位添加dashboard菜单项
2. index.ui: sage_main_content默认子组件改为urlwidget直接加载dashboard,
解决已登录用户页面加载时user_logined事件不触发导致内容区空白的问题

chore: remove runtime-generated files from git tracking
...
Remove build.sh generated symlinks and runtime files from git:
- conf/config.json (runtime config)
- stop.sh, start.sh, sage.service (runtime scripts)
- wwwroot/* symlinks (module links created by build.sh)
These files are already in .gitignore and should not be tracked.

- Scanned ALL .ui/.json/.dspy files using regex + JSON parsing
(regex fallback handles template syntax that breaks JSON parser)
- Covers: dashboard_for_sage, menu labels, CRUD headers/tools,
llmage, accounting, appbase, charge, cpcc, dapi, discount,
filemgr, hermes-web-cli, msp, platformbiz, pricing, rag, rbac,
unipay, uapi, and sage core
- zh: 921 entries (Chinese strings as key=value)
- en: 921 entries (Chinese->English translations, preserves existing 227)
- ko: 921 entries (Korean translations, was empty)
- jp: 921 entries (Japanese translations, was empty)
- Generated msg.txt (backend MiniI18N format) in both i18n/ and
wwwroot/i18n/ directories
- Dashboard translations: 仪表盘, 快捷入口, 今日活跃用户,
今日交易金额, 数据看板, 在线用户, etc.
- Menu translations: 供应链管理, 平台业务, 折扣管理, 用户与权限,
算力中心管理, 计费管理, 运维管理, LLM模型管理, etc.
- CRUD: all table headers, tool labels, field labels translated
