fix: payment_log.json JSON 语法错误导致 xls2ui 崩溃

两处修复:
1. logined_userorgid 从 browserfields 内移到 params 层级
2. binds[0] 缺少开头 { 导致 JSON 解析失败 (line 25 column 9)
