feat: speaker-id service skeleton with ahserver + longtasks

- ahserver app on port 9095
- endpoints: status, enroll, identify, verify, compare
- ECAPA-TDNN model placeholder
- longtasks async task runner (enroll/identify/verify)
- direct cosine comparison endpoint
