chore: 停止追踪生成的 i18n 文件，添加语言切换图标

- 从 git 删除 wwwroot/i18n/{zh,en,jp,ko}/ 生成文件（由 merge_i18n.py 生成）
- 添加 .gitignore 排除生成目录
- 新增 language.svg (globe icon) 替换纯文字语言切换器
- language.ui 改为 VBox: globe图标 + 语言代码标签
