fix: file_list alignment + view/download/delete actions
- Filename: add textAlign left + cwidth columns for type/size/status/date
- View: newwindow → window.open(_blank)
- Download: urlwidget PopupWindow → script anchor download
- Delete: hardcoded path → relative path, refresh with widget list
