fix: SDLC 菜单 url 指向旧目录(sd_projects等)→改 _list 新目录

服务器 wwwroot 已迁移到 sd_project_list/sd_bug_list/sd_test_case_list/sd_iteration_list，
menus 仍指向旧的 sd_projects/sd_bugs/sd_test_cases/sd_iterations 导致文件不存在 500。
