fix(menus): 产线功能菜单指向真 CRUD 页面而非 xls2crud stub

Browse Source 
menus url 原指向 sd_*_list/index.ui（xls2crud 占位页，无数据），改为
sd_projects/sd_bugs/sd_test_cases/sd_iterations（xls2ui 生成的真实 CRUD 页面）。
