yumoqing 8bbba45564 fix: config — pipeline DB, remove redundant paths, add module_dbname ...

- DB was pointing to 'sage' instead of 'pipeline' (root cause of login 500)
- Removed extra path entries that conflict with wwwroot symlinks
- Added module_dbname mapping for all pipeline modules
