feat: add deployment scripts for llm_api_map migration
- scripts/migrate_llm_api_map_db.py: Direct DB migration (create table + migrate data) Supports --dry-run and --drop-old flags - scripts/deploy_llmage.sh: One-click deployment script Orchestrates: git pull -> build -> migrate -> perms -> restart
