fix: wrap description+pricing in VScrollPanel so long descriptions don't push pricing off-screen

- show_llms_cards.ui: card-body-scroll VScrollPanel wraps Text(desc) + Filler(pricing)
- show_llms_cards_by_provider.ui: same fix
