+2）每个定价按有效时间期间可以有多套定价，但一个资源某一天只有一套定价
+3）如果一个资源是其他一到多个资源作为此资源的部件，其部件的定价直接引用原资源定价，而非重新定义
+4）设计定价类型，设计一套计费规则，针对具体资源只需按照规则给定成本和价格
+5）要支持tokens消耗类型的计费（100万/K为计费单位），包年包月模式的计费
