fix: skip static fast path for /idfile/ virtual paths
/idfile/ files (mp4, etc.) are managed by FileStorage, not disk files. Static fast path sent them to StaticResource._handle() which crashed with ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE because the files don't exist on disk. Added /idfile/ exclusion to route them through normal processor chain.
